Super Bowl Party In the Works

The NFL Playoffs are upon us. On February 6, two teams will be facing off in Super Bowl XLV.  Since last year and hopes of a big group get together we squashed by mother nature, we plan on being much more festive this year.

Deep down we will be rooting for our hometown Steelers until their last game, but should they not be the team to make it to the Super Bowl, we want to be well prepared with ideas of how to host a non-“Black and Gold” Party. That being said, we will be using the heritage and cuisine from one of the twelve playoff teams in our Super Bowl party planning.

NFC Playoffs
New Orleans Saints – Ragin’ Cajun.
Seattle Seahawks – Caffeinated Football
Green Bay Packers –  Something a little Cheesy
Altanta Falcons – Country Fried Chicken
Philadelphia Eagles – Cheesesteaks
Chicago Bears – Deep dish pizza

AFC Playoffs
Baltimore Ravens – Crabs and Old Bay
Pittsburgh Steelers – Pierogis and Haluski
Indianapolis Colts – Burgers and Shakes
Kansas City Chiefs – Barbeque and Ribs
New York Jets – Coney Island Hot Dogs
New England Patriots – (Heaven forbid … but) Lobster.
